The music clips and other materials (“Materials”) available on this website (the “Site”) may only be downloaded and used by individuals employed or engaged by an entity in the Endeavor group of companies (“Endeavor”) who have been provided a user name and password by Endeavor. By using this Site or the Materials available on this Site, you agree: (i) to abide by the terms and conditions set forth herein; and (ii) not to disclose the password to, or otherwise permit access to this Site by, any unauthorized individual or third party.

The Materials available on this Site are licensed by the applicable third party rights holders to IMG Productions LLC, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The master and synchronization rights of these Materials are pre-cleared for use on any and all media platforms on a worldwide basis, in perpetuity, unless otherwise specified on this Site with respect to particular Materials. All Materials available on this Site may only be used in conjunction with productions by or for an Endeavor entity, and shall not be used for non-Endeavor productions or for any other purpose (including your personal use), unless first authorized by the applicable rights holders.
